호괘가 화택규괘이니, 우물과 마찬가지로 나라 경제구조가 항상 어긋날 수잇는 위험성이 내재되어 있다.
곤궁하게 되면 항상 근본을 다시 돌아보고 원천적으로 새로운 제도를 정비해야 하니, 아래부터 다시 우물을 만드는 정괘로 받았다는 듯이다.
