풍은 형통하다. 지상에 만물이 풍대하여 인간이 살기 좋기때문에 형통하다는 뜻이 아니고, 우레와 불로 하늘의 심판이 있으니 인간사회가 바르게 될것이기 때문이다. 인간사회를 징벌하기 위해 왕이 이르니, 인간으로서는 근심할 필요가 없다. 근심한다고 회피될 상황이 아니기 때문이다. 물질문명이 풍대해지고 정신문명이 피폐해진 시대이니, 인간의 잘못으로 인한 하늘의 징벌이 있기 대문이다.
내괴 이로 발게 하여 외괘 진뢰로 움직이니 풍대한 것이다. 근심치 말고 마땅히 일중이라는 것은 마땅히 천하를 밝게 비추기 위한 것이다.
